Sanctuary Policies A 48-hour courtesy notice is appreciated for cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% service fee, including illness or any safety-related decline of service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered no-shows and charged in full. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to respect the next guest’s time. Please arrive 5 minutes early for new services to complete forms. For the comfort of all guests, children are not permitted, and anyone under 18 must have a parent present to sign consent.
